Our Business Model
Clients can engage VGO in one of two ways...
The first engagement plan is to pay VGO a quarterly retainer. The retainer provides our clients with access to the wide range of experienced VGO associates and their offerings. Our clients select the services they wish to use from a master list of VGO associates and services available.
Our goal in this plan is to work with our clients in a long-term relationship in which we help them determine and implement high-potential projects that capture millions of dollars each year in additional revenues. We typically begin with one type of offering from our list of services, and expand to additional services as benefits flow from the initial, successful projects.
Our other engagement plan is to work on a per-project basis as consultants paid by the hour. We prefer a long-time relationship with our clients, and enter into this type of engagement with the goal of working toward a retained relationship.
