What can VGO do for my company?

Because we wish to have long-term relationships with our clients, we work hard to help them understand how our solutions can help them as they participate in VGO workshops, host VGO assessments, and create successful projects.
Who are the VGO associates?
The VGO associates are experts in the fields of training, demand forecasting, decision support, database management, data mining, work process analysis, corporate modeling, and strategic analysis. Most of them have other affiliations in addition to their participation in VGO. The typical VGO associate has more than fifteen years of experience in industry providing solutions to client problems.
Why does VGO favor a model based on retained consulting?
We believe that the best results come from a long-term relationship in which we work to understand the client’s business and the client comes to understand and use our techniques for improving operations. For this reason, we favor a relationship in which there is a continued, long-term interaction with a client.
Will VGO build software systems for my company?
Typically, no. When we help a client to determine that there is a computerized approach that will create great benefit, then at our client’s request we will assist that client in building the system internally or finding a company such as NuTech Solutions that specializes in building such systems.
